DESCRIPTION:The Middletown Art Center (MAC) is delighted to invite the public to the Ra ces Hermosas Conversations with Artists event this Saturday\, April 6th\, from 5-7pm at the MAC gallery. Led by guest curator\, Jez Flores-Garc a\, this event offers a unique opportunity to engage in dialogue and gain insight into the creative processes and inspirations behind the artwork on display. Five of the Ra ces Hermosas exhibiting artists will participate in the conversation\, sharing their stories and perspectives. The Middletown Art Center is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the arts and cultural enrichment in the Middletown community and beyond. Through exhibitions\, workshops\, and events\, MAC strives to inspire creativity and foster a deeper appreciation for the arts. Funding for the Ra ces Hermosas project is provided by the Specified General Fund for the Museum Grant Program under the California Cultural and Historical Endowment.
