DESCRIPTION:The Certified Tourism Ambassador  (CTA) Program is a nationally recognized certification program for anyone who wants to become an advocate for Lake County. The program teaches best practices and helps front-line workers and volunteers increase their knowledge of Lake County\; provides answers to a variety of questions received from visitors\; and\, provides an excellent opportunity for networking.\n\n\n\nUpon completion of the program\, participants receive a certification (not just training) with accompanying credentials that can be used behind the person's name to denote their commitment to their profession.\n\n\n\n10:30 am Registration\n\n11 am - 3:30 pm Class Session\n\n3:30 pm Open-book Exam (until finished)\n\n\n\nTo register\, go to www.ctanetwork.com/schedule/.
